Abbie Appel is an international fitness educator with 20+ years of experience. She is a trainer and consultant for Reebok®, Resist-A-Ball® and Pilates Institute of America. She has designed workouts and contributed material for videos, magazines and journals such as Self, Prevention and IDEA Journal and carries multiple certifications and awards.
Alice Bracegirdle is the Creative Director and Master Trainer for Bellyfit International. Alice draws on 15 years of experience as both fitness professional and dancer, and is driven by a fierce passion for empowering women through mind/body/spirit movement and self-awareness.
Shana Brady (BS exercise science; ACE personal trainer; ACSM HFI) is the co-developer of Punk Rope and has co-facilitated more than 80 Punk Rope Workshops.
David Bussel, B.A., B.Ed., M.A. is a philosophy and physical education teacher from Canada. His passion lies in supporting teachers, instructors and trainers to explore their full potential by incorporating basic philosophical questions into their everyday lives and careers.
Sherry Catlin is an international fitness presenter, Director of Program Development for Body Bar Systems and a Continuing Education Specialist for ACE and AFAA. She won the 2007 ECA OBOW Lifetime Achievement Award. Sherry specializes in strength training, lifelong functional fitness as well as nutrition and weight management.
Fred DeVito is a member of Exhale's founding team and executive vice president of mind/body training. He co-founded the company's Core Fusion® program with his wife, Elisabeth Halfpapp.
Clare Dunphy is a world recognized Pilates and fitness educator, Peak Pilates certification program co-author, MVe Chair program author, and has spent the past 11 years as Master Trainer and Program Developer. In 1995, Clare studied Pilates under Romana Kryzanowska and completed her certification in 1997. She holds certifications through PMA, ACE, and the Pilates Guild.
Gay Gasper is synonymous with Group Fitness. Gay presents, writes and teaches exercise programs throughout the world. She has many top selling workout DVDs, and has been chosen as one of Exercise TV's 5 star trainers. Currently, Gay is a Perform Better sponsored athlete and continues to inspire fitness around the globe.
Clay Grant has been successfully competing, performing, coaching and teaching in the aerobics and fitness industry for almost 20 years. Clay is a Silver and Bronze Medalist in the US National Aerobic Championship. Certifications include: AFAA, ACE, Step Reebok and Pilates Allegro.
Philip Gray, international fitness celebrity and star of many world-renowned fitness videos, is known for his upbeat, outgoing personality. Amongst his many accomplishments and awards are Instructor of the Year for Crunch and Best selling Workout Series in Italy. He is currently living in South Beach and is the Group Fitness Manager at Equinox. Philip also designs and manufactures his own active wear line for Women under his name.
Tim Haft is an ACE-certified personal trainer and USA Track & Field coach. He’s the creator of Punk Rope, Beastanetics, and Hopping for Health.
Elisabeth Halfpapp is a Member of Exhale's founding team and executive vice president of mind/body programming. She co-founded the company's Core Fusion® program with her husband, Fred DeVito.
Jackie Henderson, best known as the choreographer for the internationally known Off the Curb Dance Troupe, has been an innovative force in the fitness and dance world for the last 20 years.
Michelle Hillier, GROOVE Master Trainer, is the Creative Director of Fit2Dance and is one of Canada’s most innovative and engaging dance-fitness instructors and educational dance presenters. She is a passionate advocate for getting children/youth moving and her curriculum-based Groovin' Kids program is implemented in hundreds of schools across the country every year!
Earnest Hudson Jr. holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science, is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and holds the Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Mr. Hudson also holds a Level 1 Instructor credential for Kettlebell Concepts (KBC). Earnest continues to service a "Special Needs" clientele- specifically those challenged by amputation, joint replacements or impingements, or coronary vascular disorders.
Stacey Lei Krauss, a Nike Elite Instructor since 2005, she is most recognized for her award-winning barefoot fusion programming; The willPower Method™. Stacey Lei is a Reiki practitioner, a master trainer for Schwinn, BOSU, Indo-Row and a teacher-trainer for Peak Pilates MVe.
Ashley Mazurek is a C.H.E.K. faculty member with a BA in Wellness leadership. Ashley’s roots stem from teaching Group Fitness, Seminars, Corporate wellness and competing at a nationally ranked level in Triathlons and Iron-Man competitions. Currently, she has concentrated her focus as a one on one CHEK level 4, Level 2 Holistic lifestyle coach and Golf Biomechanics Teacher to Professional, Semi-Pro and club based athletes, conducting corporate seminars on Holistic Health and Fitness subjects.
Meg McNeely, a Master Instructor for the Spinning Program and ACE and AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor, Meg is also certified in Pilates through the PhysicalMind Institute and Peak Pilates. With over 20 years of cycling experience and an avid swimmer, she competes in road races, time trials, and triathlons. She is involved in advocating female cycling as well as coaching female cyclists in the southern Maryland area. She holds a B.S. in the Health Sciences and is an artist of various mediums.
Jill Miller instructs Yoga Tune Up® worldwide and has produced dozens of critically acclaimed videos and therapeutic fitness products. Her innovative format is taught nationwide at Equinox and featured in SELF, Yoga Journal, The Today Show, Prevention, Gaiam.com and more. She is an ERYT based in Los Angeles, CA.
Mindy Mylrea is the 2008 ECA Best Female Presenter & the 2004 CanFit PRO International Presenter of the Year, She's a National and World Aerobic Champion and is the creator and lead talent behind Gliding. Mindy is also a master trainer for Schwinn Cycling and is on the pro development team for Bosu, CorePole and Body Bar.
Evan Osar, DC is the head of O.S.A.R. Consulting which specializes in treating individuals with chronic pain and dysfunction. Dr. Osar presents for several national organizations including American Council on Exercise, ECA, Fitness Education Seminars, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Perform Better.
Julia Przybilka was an artistic gymnast and dancer before she started educating in the fitness industry. She is an international educator and presenter of bodyART™ training and is managing the bodyART™ school’s international franchise. She has almost 20 years of experience in group fitness and is known for her exceptional teaching skills and passion.
Robert Sherman, the president and owner of F.I.T., Inc., has been named one of the top 100 fitness trainers in America by Men’s Journal and Allure Magazine. He is Gold Certified by ACE, AFAA and ACSM.
Jodi Sussner is an expert in health and fitness and one of America’s leaders in Pilates training and education. Jodi holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and is comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates®. She is a Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. Master Instructor for Bodyblade®, MVe® and Peak Pilates programs and provides education for Bodyblade and Peak Pilates newsletters.
Joshua Taylor is a Master Instructor for the Spinning program and a former professional cyclist. A seasoned athlete who has competed at the highest levels of bike racing for over 18 years, Joshua is a two-time State Road Race Champion and has raced against some of the top international cyclists in the world in events such as the San Francisco Grand Prix.
Acea R. Theroux is the Creator/Founder of the hottest new athletic-based program, Plyo Power®. Acea has 16+ years in the industry and has a B.A. in Exercise Physiology. His certifications include; NASM-CPT, Mad Dogg-Spinning, TRX, and Zumba.
Lisa Wheeler, international presenter and dancer, is the National Creative Project Manager for Equinox, Global Master Trainer for Body Bar, Assistant Director/Choreographer for Fit Vid Productions, Contributing Fitness Editor for Shape Magazine, Associate Artistic Director of Ben Munisteri Dance Projects, has been featured in over 20 fitness dvds and is the proud recipient of two OBOW awards for Best Female Presenter and Best Original Class.
Jenine Wright MA, has over 25 years in the industry and is certified by ACSM, Spinning®, AHA and a number of other organizations specializing in Fitness, Pilates, Nutrition and wellness. She owns Fit Lifestyle studios and provides communities with "healthy eating & living" education.
Nissim Zoares, international presenter, is the head of the aerobics and dance department in "Wingate Institute", in Israel. He is the Organizer of the “Aerobics vacation”, the most prestigious fitness convention in Israel and host of several fitness programs on Israeli T.V.
